Enrolment — Summit OSHC
Before and after school care is usually needed at short notice, so we have kept this short. Most families are enrolled and attending within the week.

Tell us which sessions you need
Before school, after school, or both, and which days. Say if it is a term-time arrangement or vacation care only — they enrol the same way. -
Fill in the enrolment form
Your child's details, their class and teacher, and anything about medication or allergies that has to be in place before the first afternoon. -
Add everyone who can collect
Anyone on your list will be asked for ID the first few times, including grandparents. Nobody has ever minded. -
Come for the first session
We collect from the classroom door for the first week, by name, so nobody has to go looking for us.
What you'll need to enrol
- Your child's birth certificate
- Their immunisation history statement from Medicare
- Your CRN and your child's, if you're claiming the Child Care Subsidy
- Your child's class and teacher for the coming year
- Any asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis plan, signed by your doctor
What happens next
We confirm your sessions and let the school office know your child is on our roll, so the classroom teacher knows where they are going.
