Choose a starting style

Every site we host starts from one of Centrely's current themes. The theme changes the visual style; what a family can do, and what your team sees, do not change.

Move without taking your current site down

Centrely reads your current site and pre-fills what it can find, then you check the imported information and fill in what only you know. We walk you through the two DNS records: one points your branded address at the new site, and one lets us keep its security certificate renewing. Your current site stays live throughout — and afterwards, if you want it to.

Bespoke design, extensive rewriting and complex third-party integrations are separate work.

We will not touch your email

Centrely will not take over your domain's email, so we connect a branded subdomain like enrol.yourcentre.com.au instead.

This is a decision, not a limitation we are working around. Pointing a centre's main domain at a website host is how mail delivery gets broken, and a centre that cannot receive email is a worse problem than any web address can be worth. So Centrely connects a subdomain — two DNS records, and removing the one that routes the address undoes the connection — while your main domain and your staff email keep working exactly as they do today. Your existing site does too, with one exception we also put on the screen where you choose the address: www is usually where a website already lives, so pointing it at Centrely replaces whatever is there now. Addresses like mail. and webmail. we refuse outright, for the same reason we will not touch your email.

Your address and content

Your branded address is a subdomain of the domain you already own, so it stays yours. A site we host runs on Centrely's platform and cannot be exported to another host.

Links, and what happens when something looks wrong

Rename one of your own pages after publishing and its old address keeps working: the old link redirects to the new one, so a flyer, a Facebook post or a link a family saved still lands on the page. That applies to pages on your Centrely site. Addresses on your old website are your old website's to keep serving — we do not map them across, and nothing here quietly takes them over.

If something is wrong on a live site — it is down, or it is showing the wrong fees — start your email subject line with Urgent and it goes ahead of everything else during business hours. Support replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. That is the same for every centre and every plan.
