Running more than one centre

One account across your centres, one plan, and per-centre pricing that steps down as you add them. Each centre keeps its own rooms, fees and availability — because those are the things that actually differ.

One plan across the group

The plan is an account setting, not a per-centre one: whichever of Calculate, Connect or Complete you choose applies to every centre in the organisation. That is a real constraint and worth knowing before you buy — a group cannot run two centres on a full website and two on the calculator alone.

What does differ per centre is everything a family sees: rooms and ages, sessions and fees, availability by day, tour times, and where each centre’s enquiries go.

What it costs as you add centres

Prices are per centre, per month, in AUD. The band follows your organisation’s total number of published, paid centres, so the rate steps down on its own from your second centre and again from your fifth.

A single centre on Complete is $199 per month; the same centre inside a group of five is less. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

Who you can give a login to

Three kinds of access, so you are not choosing between handing over the account and doing everything yourself.

RoleWhat they can doWhat they cannot
Owner / adminEverything, across every centre in the group — plan and billing, publishing, people, and each centre's own setup.Nothing is withheld. This is the role that owns the account.
MarketingAn agency's login, scoped to the centres you give it: room availability and campaign performance, so a campaign can be built without asking you for numbers.Billing, publishing, people, and any family's contact details.
Centre managerAvailability, fees, tour times and where enquiries go — for the centres you give them, and no others.Publishing, billing, adding people, and any centre you have not given them.

A centre manager can hold several centres, and which ones is something you change at any time.

Written once, where it makes sense

Your menu and what’s on can be authored for the group and written through to the centres you choose. It is a write-through, not an inheritance: the value lands on each centre’s own draft, and from then on that centre owns it, edits it and publishes it. Photos deliberately do not travel — an image is consented for the centre that supplied it.

Questions

Can different centres in the group use different plans?

No. The plan is an organisation-wide setting, so every centre in the group runs the same one. The price is per centre, at the band your organisation’s total number of published, paid centres reaches.

Can a director update just their own centre?

Yes. A centre manager updates availability, fees, tour times and where enquiries go — for the centres you give them, and no others. They cannot publish, change billing or add anyone.

Do we have to set every centre up separately?

Each centre keeps its own rooms, fees and availability, because those differ. What you author once for the group — your menu and what’s on — can be written through to the centres you choose, and from then on each centre owns and publishes its own copy.

Can we start with one centre?

Yes. Publish one, add the others when you are ready. The band follows your published, paid centre count, so the rate moves on its own from your second centre and again from your fifth.
