Centrely terms of service
These terms govern a childcare operator's use of Centrely. Centrely gives an operator a hosted parent page, embeddable widgets, cost estimates after the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), and tour booking. "You" here means the operator who holds the account; a family who merely uses a centre's page or widget is a visitor, not a party to these terms.
1. Building and publishing
Building your site and previewing it are free. A subscription begins only when you publish a centre — that is the point billing starts. Until you publish, you are not charged.
2. Fees and billing
- Pricing is per centre, per month. The current rates and the volume discounts (which apply automatically from your second centre, and again from your fifth) are shown on the pricing page.
- You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged as 10 months' fee (two months free).
- All of your centres bill at the rate for your total published centre count; each centre pays its own tier's price at that band.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Centrely does not receive or store your card details.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your site is taken down and billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Exceptional refunds are handled where required by law or at Centrely's discretion — see the refund policy.
4. Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish about your centre — fees, rooms, availability, programs and contact details.
- You must have the right to use the content, images and branding you upload, and you keep ownership of it. You grant Centrely the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service.
- You must use Centrely lawfully and not misuse the platform or attempt to access another operator's data.
5. Cost estimates are estimates only
Centrely's cost estimates apply published CCS rules to the details a family enters, in their browser. They are estimates for planning, not financial advice or a guarantee of entitlement. A family's actual subsidy depends on their assessment by Services Australia. Centrely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Services Australia, Centrelink or the Australian Government, and neither Centrely nor the operator is liable for differences between an estimate and an actual CCS amount.
6. Availability
We work to keep Centrely available and running correctly, but the service is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrely's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Intellectual property
The Centrely platform, its software and its design belong to Centrely. Your centre's content belongs to you. Neither party may use the other's brand except as needed to run the service.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time (see section 3). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully; where practical we'll tell you first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we'll update the review date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: hello@centrely.com.au or the contact page.
