What every plan includes
- Rooms As many as your centre runs. There is no limit.
- Staff logins As many as you need, at no extra cost — admins, centre managers and agency logins alike.
- Agency access Give your marketing agency their own login, scoped to the centres you choose — up to 50 of them per login. Revoke it any time; the account stays yours.
- Photos and video 150 photos per centre, plus one video (up to 200 MB and 3 minutes).
- Support One level, the same on every plan. Support replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Email is the only channel, and no plan buys a faster reply.

How billing works
- Build without charge or a card.
- Billing begins when each centre is published.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period.
- Cancelling unpublishes the site; nothing you have built is deleted on a timetable.
Pricing questions
Is pricing per centre?
Yes. The applicable band is based on the organisation’s total number of published, paid centres.
Can different centres use different plans?
No. The plan is an organisation-wide setting, so every centre runs the same one. Each centre is priced at the organisation’s applicable band.
Can a group start with one centre?
Yes. Publish one centre first and add others when ready.
What happens if we cancel?
The service ends after the paid period. Your centre keeps the original text and images it supplied, and nothing is deleted on a timetable. A site we host cannot be transferred to another host.
Do prices include GST?
Centrely is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay — there is no tax added today. If we register, GST will be added on top of these prices from that date rather than absorbed into them. An annual plan you have already paid for runs to the end of its term unchanged; GST would apply from renewal.
