Everything Calculate does — the room, its age band, and the cost a family works out for themselves — and then the part Connect adds: a published tour time, their details, and a booking in your diary. Try it; the booking flow is real and this centre is an example, so nothing reaches anyone.

A place in the Banksia room would cost you about
—a week
— a day, after a — subsidy. The room's fee is $128 per day.
No figure for that combination — the engine did not return one, and we will not invent it.
Example figures — enter your details in the calculator for yours. Income is picked in bands and the rest of the household is held at our worked example — a partnered family on $120,000 a year with both parents working. How the subsidy is worked out
And then the tour. That same room, that same number — and Connect turns it into a family in your diary. Try it: this is the real booking flow, on an example centre.

A demonstration — no enquiry or tour request reaches a real centre.
Marlo Street is a demonstration centre. Its rooms, fees and tour times are its own published page data; the after-subsidy figures come from the calculator's engine as worked examples. A tour requested here is sent to the real booking endpoint, which refuses to store anything for an example centre.
Your current pages can keep telling the centre's story. Centrely handles the practical decisions immediately before an enquiry: room, days, start timing, estimated cost and a clear next step.
Each record can include contact details, likely room, preferred days, intended start, next step, estimate shown and available source context. It does not include raw income or activity information entered into the calculator.
Fees cards and simple entry points can sit directly within your existing pages. Multi-step room matching, cost estimates, enquiries and tours open in your centre-branded Centrely experience, in the same tab by default, with a clear route back to your website.
A booked tour is where most enquiry forms stop and most no-shows start. Three things then happen without you doing anything.
Centrely does not replace childcare management software, a formal waitlist or enrolment. It gives those processes a better-informed starting point.
No. Your current website remains in place. Add only the Centrely links or small embedded elements you choose.
No. Your team controls availability by room and day in Centrely.
Centrely currently works before those systems and does not claim a direct integration.
A confirmed booking sends a calendar invitation. That is different from two-way calendar synchronisation.
Not with a message from us. The calendar invitation carries an alarm an hour before, so the family's own calendar reminds them. Centrely does not send a separate reminder email or SMS.
Yes. The same rooms, fees, availability and family experience carry across to a site we host.
Centrely is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay — there is no tax added today. If we register, GST will be added on top of these prices from that date rather than absorbed into them. An annual plan you have already paid for runs to the end of its term unchanged; GST would apply from renewal.
