Stop buying clicks for rooms that are already full
Centrely publishes a per-room, per-day advertise signal from the centre’s own availability, lands your ad traffic on the room the parent actually searched for, and reports each campaign through to booked tours. Access is free to you — the centre subscribes.
Land — the click keeps its promise
If a centre you run campaigns for uses Centrely, your ad clicks already land on Centrely pages — so this is your campaign infrastructure whether or not you chose it. A campaign link can name the room, the days and the child’s age, and the family arrives with those already answered and a cost estimate one step away, rather than starting from a homepage.
Your “Nursery, Tuesdays and Thursdays” ad lands on a homepage. The parent starts from scratch, and re-enters what your ad already knew.
They arrive at the matched room with Tuesday and Thursday selected, looking at real availability and one step from their after-subsidy cost.
There is a link builder in the dashboard with campaign presets, and your UTMs pass through untouched. If a parameter is wrong the link still works.
Protect — the signal that tells you where not to spend
Every room carries one of three signals, derived from the availability the centre publishes, broken down by day:
When a room fills or opens, that transition is detected and emailed — and an agency with a marketing login is a recipient in their own right, not something the operator has to remember to forward. The check runs daily, so treat it as next-day, not instant.
The wasted-traffic report
Campaign traffic is paired with those signals, so a campaign pointing at a room that cannot be sold is named in a sentence: “This campaign drove 120 visits to Toddlers — a waitlisted room — and 0 bookings.” Campaigns that are working pass through the same table unflagged, with their visits, cost checks and bookings, so it reads as a tool rather than an indictment.
No dollar figures appear anywhere in it. Centrely does not know your spend and will not estimate it — the report is wasted traffic, and you are the one who can price it.
Prove — click to booked tour
On the first landing, Centrely captures gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid and msclkid along with the five UTM parameters, holds them across the visit, refreshes them if the family returns from another ad, and freezes them onto the enquiry record when the family acts. That covers the real pattern: they land from an ad, leave, and come back days later on a URL carrying no click ID at all.
The reported conversion is the booked tour, not the enrolment. A single centre might enrol one family a month — far too few for any bidding algorithm, or any human, to read a trend from. Tours happen often enough to be a real number, and the booking system creates the record itself, so it is not somebody remembering to log it.
Access an owner can say yes to
The centre grants you a marketing login scoped to the centres you run campaigns for. No shared credentials, and nothing to ask them for afterwards. It is enforced server-side as an allowlist of what the role may reach — anything not named is refused, so the boundary does not widen as Centrely adds features. Assigned no centres, it sees nothing.
- billing
- centres you have not been assigned
- families’ contact details or children’s information
- the figures a family enters into the cost calculator
- staff administration
- publishing the site
- account ownership
Two details worth knowing because owners ask: report links covering the whole organisation stay with the owner — you manage only the links scoped to your own centres — and the owner can revoke your access at any time, keeping everything the campaigns produced.
What Centrely does not do
Stated plainly, because you will find out in week one otherwise, and because two of these are the reason the rest can be trusted.
- No conversions are sent back to Google Ads or Meta. No Data Manager, no Conversions API, no offline upload. Centrely cannot feed your bidding, and does not claim to. Reporting happens here.
- No spend data. Centrely never sees what you paid, and would rather show wasted traffic than invent a dollar figure.
- Last-touch attribution only. Not multi-touch, not modelled.
- Availability is operator-maintained. The advertise signal is exactly as current as the centre keeps its own availability — it is not a live feed from a management system.
- No childcare management software integration. Centrely works before those systems, not inside them.
Questions
Does this send conversions back to Google Ads or Meta?
No — see the list above; there is no Data Manager integration, no Conversions API and no offline upload. The reporting happens inside Centrely instead: each campaign's visits, cost checks and booked tours, per link, in a view you can open yourself.
Do we need our client to do anything?
Once. The centre owner grants you a marketing login against the centres you run campaigns for. After that you work without going through them, and they can revoke it at any time.
Who pays?
The centre. Agency access is included in their subscription and costs you nothing.
Can we use this if the client keeps their own website?
Yes. Connect puts the room matching, availability, estimates, enquiries and tours on the site they already have — the campaign tooling on this page works the same either way.
What happens to a deep link if the room is full or the parameters are wrong?
The link never breaks. An unknown room, an unreadable day token or an unintelligible age is ignored rather than raising an error, and the family continues from wherever the link could be understood. A full room still loads — the family sees its real availability instead of a dead end.
Is the attribution multi-touch?
No. It is last-touch: the most recent campaign landing before the enquiry gets the credit. First touch is captured and held across the visit, and refreshed if the family returns from another ad. We would rather you know the model than trust a black box.
Can we get the data out?
Yes. There is a signed, revocable feed that Google Sheets and Power Query can read directly, plus report links you can share. Both are scoped to the centres you have been given.
What about consent and privacy?
Click IDs and UTMs are held for the visit and frozen onto the enquiry record. Consent for ad-platform measurement defaults to not collected, because nothing is transmitted to an ad platform. What a family types into the cost calculator is never part of an enquiry record, and a marketing login cannot see family contact details at all.
