Which Centrely fits your centre?
Centrely does the same job in all three plans: it helps a family work out whether your centre suits them before they enquire, and gives your team the context to follow up. The plans differ only in how much of your website Centrely handles.
Start from the sentence that sounds like your centre
“Our website is fine. Families just can’t get anywhere useful from it.”
Connect · $99 per centre/month Recommended
- What it does
- Room matching from age at the intended start date, room-and-day availability, personalised cost estimates, structured enquiries, and confirmed tour times or tour requests.
- What it doesn’t
- Your website itself. Centrely does not host it, redesign it or rewrite its pages — they keep telling the centre’s story exactly as they do now.
- What changes about your website
- You add a few pages or snippets to your existing website.
“The website is the problem. It’s out of date and we can’t edit it.”
Complete · $199 per centre/month
- What it does
- Everything in Connect, plus the public website: pages, navigation, images, one of 6 themes, a branded address on your own domain, hosting, security and platform updates, and we walk you through setting it up from the content you already have.
- What it doesn’t
- Bespoke design, extensive rewriting and complex third-party integrations, which are separate work. A site we host runs on Centrely’s platform and cannot be exported to another host.
- What changes about your website
- Centrely hosts your whole website for you.
“We only ever get asked one question: what will it cost?”
Calculate · $49 per centre/month
- What it does
- A centre-branded calculator and fees card, configured by room and session, using current CCS rates and hourly caps.
- What it doesn’t
- Room matching, availability, enquiry capture and tour booking. This plan answers the cost question and stops there.
- What changes about your website
- You paste one small snippet onto your existing website.
The same in all three
- One set of centre information — rooms and ages, sessions and fees, availability by day, tour options and enquiry recipients — behind whichever plan you pick.
- Availability is what your team publishes in Centrely. It is not a live feed from another system.
- CCS results are estimates. Services Australia determines each family's eligibility and entitlement.
- Centrely works before childcare management software, a formal waitlist and enrolment. It does not replace them.
- Free to build and preview. No charge until you are ready to go live, and you can review both the family experience and the record your team receives before you decide.
The part that actually differs: whose pages these are
The three situations above are about how much Centrely handles. Underneath them sits one mechanical difference worth understanding before you choose, because it is the thing you cannot change later without changing plan: whether the rooms, fees and availability live inside the website you already have, or on pages Centrely serves.
Added to the site you have
Connect puts a fees card and entry points directly into your existing pages, and opens the room matching, cost estimates, enquiries and tours in your centre-branded Centrely experience. Your website keeps doing what it does, and nothing about its design, hosting or content changes.
Two consequences, and neither is a footnote. The interactive parts sit in an embedded frame, which means they do not help your own pages rank — a family searching for childcare fees in your suburb will not find your site because of them. And the result is only as good as the site it is added to: if families already struggle to find your contact page, Centrely improves what happens after they arrive, not whether they arrive.
One thing does land as real text on your own page: the fees block is HTML you paste, so the fee for each room is readable by a search engine on your own address, with the date it was generated. It is a genuine bridge and a narrow one — a fees block is not a fees page, and it does not carry availability or tour booking.
Served by Centrely
Complete means the pages themselves are ours to render, so they are built the way pages that answer questions need to be: real page titles, structured data, and rooms, fees and availability as text a search engine reads on the page rather than behind a frame. These answer things almost nobody else publishes — which days a room actually has open, and what a family with those days would pay — and that is the whole reason it is worth ranking for.
The cost is straightforward: it is either a second web address alongside your current site, or it replaces your current site. There is no version where Centrely serves your pages and your existing website stays the front door. And a site we host runs on our platform, so if you leave, you are publishing your own site again rather than taking these pages with you.
If your website is genuinely working and you only want the decisions before an enquiry handled better, the add-ons are the right answer and the ranking limitation is a real cost you are accepting knowingly. If the website is the problem, moving the pages is the point rather than a side effect.
Moving between plans later
The plan is an account setting, not a rebuild. Everything you configure is shared across all three, so moving up unlocks what the higher plan adds without re-entering anything, and moving down hides rather than deletes — what you have built stays saved and comes back if you move up again.
Two consequences are worth knowing before you choose. Your hosted website stops being your front door — your own website takes over again. And moving down to Calculate means your rooms, fees, programs and tour booking pages stop showing to families; only the calculator stays.
Prices are per centre, per month, in AUD. Volume rates apply automatically from your second centre and again from your fifth — see the pricing page.
Questions
Can we change plans after we publish?
Yes. It is an account setting you can change while your plan is active, within what you are subscribed to. Moving up unlocks more; moving down hides what the lower plan does not include. Nothing you have built is deleted.
Do we have to set anything up again if we move up?
No. Rooms and ages, sessions and fees, availability, tour options and enquiry recipients are the same underneath all three plans.
Does our current website come down while we build the new one?
No, and it does not have to come down afterwards either. Centrely connects a branded subdomain like enrol.yourcentre.com.au rather than taking over your main domain, so there is no switch-over moment — your existing site and its email keep working.
What happens if we leave Complete later?
Your hosted website stops being your front door — your own website takes over again. A Centrely website cannot be moved to another host, so you would be publishing your own site again.
Can different centres in a group use different plans?
No. The plan is an organisation-wide setting, so every centre in the group runs the same one. The price is per centre, at the band your organisation’s total number of published, paid centres reaches.
Do prices include GST?
Centrely is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay — there is no tax added today. If we register, GST will be added on top of these prices from that date rather than absorbed into them. An annual plan you have already paid for runs to the end of its term unchanged; GST would apply from renewal.
