Centrely editorial policy

Centrely publishes practical guidance for Australian early childhood education and care operators.

Publisher

Guides are published by Centrely as an organisation. A named personal author is not displayed at this stage.

Scope

The library focuses on the parent decision immediately before a visit: likely room, preferred days and start, relevant availability, estimated cost and a confirmed booking or honest tour request.

Centrely works alongside the centre’s website and operating systems. It does not manage formal offers, enrolment, billing, attendance or ongoing family administration.

Sources

Policy, privacy, accessibility and regulatory claims use primary official sources wherever available. Each materially time-sensitive guide includes a source note and review date.

Constructed examples are labelled. Centrely does not present illustrative figures as customer results or industry benchmarks.

Product claims

Public product claims are checked against Centrely’s current product specification and production release tests. Planned functionality is not described as live.

Specialist review

Privacy, finance and policy guidance may require specialist review before publication or after a material change. Reviewer details are displayed only after the reviewer has accepted the final page.

Corrections

Centrely corrects material factual, calculation and product-description errors as soon as they are confirmed. Readers can contact Centrely to report a possible error.

When a material correction is made, the page’s review date and relevant evidence record should be updated.
