Centrely refund policy

This policy covers subscriptions that childcare operators pay for Centrely. It sits alongside the terms of service and does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Free until you publish

There's nothing to refund while you're building: Centrely is free to build and preview. You're only charged once you publish a centre.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your site comes down and billing stops at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then.

Exceptional refunds

Exceptional refunds are handled where required by law or at Centrely's discretion. If you think a refund is warranted, contact us and we'll consider it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@centrely.com.au from the account's email address, or use the contact page with "Billing" in the subject. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.

Your consumer rights

If a paid feature is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy. Contact us and we'll put it right.
