"Book a tour" truth test
Centrely practical classification—not an industry benchmark. The result describes what the button does; it is not a regulatory or service-quality rating.
Answer the questions in order.
- Can the parent see available times?
- Is the selected time reserved when submitted?
- Is confirmation immediate?
- Are the centre, visitor, date and time clear?
- Is a calendar invitation provided where enabled?
- Are conflicting bookings prevented?
- Is rescheduling or a contact path available?
Classification
- All seven are yes: genuine instant booking
- The centre must approve the time: honest tour request—label it “Request a tour”
- The form only asks for contact details: enquiry form, not booking
- The form only joins a list: waitlist form, not booking
The button label must match what happens next.
